so it's day 3 of my "healthy living" kick..and so far it's not all that bad...
i've been out walking the last few nights (as well as this morning, before work)..AND haven't had any pepsi.. strangely enough, i'm not craving it (just yet) either..which is good..because i have always said that i couldn't go more than 45minutes without pepsi...and here i am, 3 days later, not wanting any at all..
so last nite, before i went out to the bbq (where i ate a healthy home made burger and a bbq'd cob of corn) i went bike shopping. i used to ride all the time as a kid/teen, and i remember loving it so much that i figured it was time to get into it again. even if i ride to work a few times a week, or maybe out to maffra. my aim here is to get healthy, not skinny..cuz let's face it, there's no skinny chick in me waiting to get out..
i feel better about myself, though. i got up at 6 this morning to go for a walk down the street and it was so invigorating...a feeling that i could definately do with much more of..
