i had organisational orientation at the hospital...and it was the biggest, and most boring crap filled day i've had in a long while..
but hey - at least i'm getting paid to be tortured now *L*..so it's worthwhile..
speaking of getting paid..i have my first shift out at the jail on monday feb 23rd...yippee for me..i'll be a real, true, proppa jail bitch, and not just some geeky wannabe nursing student dyke..yeah..i so can't wait.
even though most of it'll be security procedures and orientational type stuff, at least i know i have a job there. and really, anything has got to be better than the nursing home crap that the hospital has got me doing..

i emailed the grrl before...half out of boredom and half out of genuine concern and want to see what she's doing. it was good to actually be able to chat/email her with niceties and not have to worry about awful nasty crap.
i thought for a little while she was going to get narky when i mentioned stuff about going out and getting smashed on the weekend, but thankfully she didn't. becasue i honestly dont know how i would take any crap from her at the moment.
it would be nice to see her, though..but probably not very wise..
*shakes hed*
anyway...i needa go shower.
nursing is such a smelly job..
