so today i had planned to let pog skip school, and come hit the town with me...only this morning it started pissing down (damn autumn!) so our plans kinda changed. rather than braving the valley bus line in the rain, we went shopping with mum and michael.
so for 4 fun-filled hours, we went from town to town hunting for any bargains and specials that we could find...hahaha...it really was a blast.

it felt weird tho, coz mum, pog and i haven't done anything like that since dad was here...and it felt kinda weird having some other guy there with us, sharing the occasion. but he's a great guy, so i guess it's not all that bad.
it's also weird when people see all 4 of us out, they instantly assume that he's mum's new man..eiew...my dad might not have been a rock hudson, but i can say that my mum's taste isn't that bad.
he's just a friend..
and yes, men and women can be just friends..

so yeah..

we went shopping...and pog and i went to the pinball place while mum and michael went to the pokies..and they won...so we did even more shopping..

really, it was insane...

but i scored a new electric toothbrush and some other appliances, so i'm happy..
i was gonna stick around the valley until tomorrow, but michael's offered to drive me as far as naree warren and the grrl's gonna pick me up (she's the best), so it looks like i'm gonna go home tonite..*yay*...

i miss her..

even one night apart is much too much..
*smiling*..

anyway, it's almost time to cook dinner and i have 2kilos of prawns to shell..ugh..
