so i have only just discovered ember swift and i am in love...truely...*nodding*...so much so tha i have spent the last 4 nights scouring kazaa for all the songs of hers i can find...and so far, i only have about 30...i know there are more goddamnit, and i wont rest until i find them!!!

but yeah..

the grrl and i came down to mum's today, because she's on holidays and i still have 3 days of classes left. we figured it'd be nice to get away and come down here and do something different...she seems to have fallen in love with pog's PS2, and she's quite content to sit in my room and play while i'm out here chatting and downloading and being ignorant on my putie...mmmm...maybe we should get a PS2 afterall! *L*...
but anyway..

so the grrl and i decided that it's probably not the best idea to head to broken hill this week, considering we have absolutely no money between us...we did have a few spare bucks, but on saturday we found the season 1 and 2 box sets of Xena for only $22...so we just had to buy them. afterall, what kinda dykes would we be if we let such good balue slip between our fingers?? $22 is such a good price, considering they're normally about $80. so yeah..for the same price that we'd normally get only half a season for, we now have two entire seasons...which i'm pretty happy about *laughing*...i fuckin love Xena...haha...
we started watching some today, but decided we'd better leave ourselves something to watch for the last week of the grrls holidays when we're really broke and bored...
although i'm beginning to think we should have used that $80 to put a down payment on an Xbox...then the grrl would definately never be bored again..
