she is filling my dreams again..haunting me like the evil ghost of christmas past.

i woke up this morning screaming..cold and clammy...my heart was racing and was overcome with a feeling that i had almost completely forgotten ever experiencing..

it's been almost a year..and i've moved on in more ways than one...so where is it coming from??

it's pretty fucked..and no doubt will hang over my day..

i hope she is ok, though...

there will definately be more on this later..when i'm not at work.
