so the grrl and i went and saw "daredevil" today (thanks to some free tix that were kindly donated by some chick in tasmania) and it sucked.
truely.
it was almost 2 hours of pure shit - with the exception, of course, of ms jennifer garners boobs almost falling out a few times...oooohhhh...yeah..
so i guess it wasn't all bad afterall...

we were going to go out tonite, but have decided that we'd both rather have a lazy one in instead. last nite we hired some corny movies ("rats" <-- coz it's a cheesy animal flick, and "how to make a monster" <-- with clea duvall) so we're going to curl up on the mattress (yes, it's still on the lounge room floor) and watch tv until we fall asleep.
and it's probably best that we didn't have a late one tonite, cuz tomorrow we both have to do the family thing for mothers day. i really wanted to go to the grrls folks place for lunch tomorrow, but i dont think my mum would have taken that one too kindly. so in the morning i'm gonna train it out to the other side of the city and mee tup with mum and were going to spend a good part of the day with nan. normally i enjoy spending time with the old bird, but lately she's been forgetting that dad's gone, and really, i hate having to go through that over and over again.
more to the point, i hate that mum and pog have to go throught it with her over and over again.
but i'm going to keep my fingers crossed that it wont come up in conversation.
god i hope i never develop dementia...

now what was i saying??

there is this pizza shop around the corner that makes the BEST pizza. but the last 6 times we've eaten from there, i've ended up spending most of the night hovering one/both ends over the toilet. the pizza is great, but something in it doesn't agree with my body.
so tonite..i was brave..and i thought i'd treat the grrl to her favourite food - the pizza...hahaha...
please everyone, keep your fingers crossed that it wont happen again tonite...*laughing*...
coz really..i dont to have to deprive the grrl of her favourite food.

mmmm...survivor is on...maybe i should donate my leftover pizza to those grrls...*shuddering*...coz truely, they look absofuckinglutely disgusting...ugh
