ok...so i was in love with opera and mozilla for about 10minutes...until i logged into diaryland and everything was looking screwey...so yeah...looks like it's back to IE for this lil black dyke..coz really, i can't have my diary looking bad (well, anymore worse than it is, that is)

the grrl and i were chatting today...(thank god for the wonder that is this world-wide-waste of time - or we'd never communicate) and she told me that her and i, remind her of her sister and her hubby..

the grrls sister is just like the grrl - only not nearly as spiffy or spunky - they're both moody, stubborn and can be total bitches...and i'm just like sissy's hubby... except a smaller, more feminine version. he and i are both aquarians..and we hold a lot off the same things sacred. turns out, he doesn't like being spoken down to any more than i do. and he's also been known to pack his bags and leave - only to come back later once he's cooled down.

i'd never really thought much of the comparison between their relationship and mine with the grrl...but it is nice to know that we aren't the only pair to act the way we do..

it's also nice to see that they make it work....coz it gives me more hope that we can..

mum and i are gonna do a day trip to melbourne tomorrow...and while i'd like to take my bags and have her drop me off at home, i'm thinking i'll just end up staying down here until thursday..
even tho i'm missing her heaps..
