so my mum and i have just spent the last 3 hours watching "tipping the velvet"...it's funny, cuz no matter how much kinky stuff i've gotten up to over the last few yeaars - i still turn into a giggly lil girl when sex scenes come on and my mum's in the room *embarassed*.
mum enjoyed the movie though - even if she still has no idea why women would love women *giggling*..

so my night shift last nite was l____o_____n______g...although i didn't fall asleep at all - which i was quite impressed with. i got to home and crawled into bed about 7 this morning and had to be back in sale for a job interview by 1. amazingly, i'm still not tired..i should be though...really, i should be knackered...but hopefully i'll get a good sleep tonite coz i have to be back at the jail by 8 tomorrow morning..bleh..
as much as i do enjoy my time there, i'm really missing the grrl and just wanting to go home to melbourne. at least when my next 2 shifts are finished i have 8 straight days off to just curl up with sam.

speaking of sam..she just called me to wish us a happy anniversary..*smiling*..which was nice cuz i was beginning to think that she'd forgotten...so yeah..two whole years today...congratulations to us...and here's hoping to another 2...(and 2 more after that..and 2 more after that..)..

but for now - it's time for bed..
