so i finally finished off my community assigmnent..yay for me...yessssindeedy..2,000 words and a homepage later my work on kids with diabetes was all done, printed up, and sent off back to uni.

thank god..

for all of 5minutes it felt great to know that my work was done...but then i remembered that i still have 6 assessable items to complete (4 assignments and 2 take-home exams) before i can graduate..*mumbling profanities*..
i'll get them done, though...but when and however much cause it's going to cause is a whole other story..

off the topic for a few minutes - did y'all hear about the kangaroo that saved some injured gippsland farmer's life?? i smell a mini-series coming on, i tell ya..

but anyhow..

i really need to get back to the new assignment that i started today..it's only a small one - 1,500 words on why there are higher mortality rates in rural victoria than in metropolitan victoria. i've decided to take the "cuz we have more nasty stinging creatures out here than in the city" slant..heh...so it should at least be interesting to write up...and it'd not due until friday afternoon, so that gives me heaps more time to procrastinate..*laughs*..

until then, i need to go and kill some time by working on a new diary layout...i love this one, but i'm getting over it..
