i heard from the grrl a few days ago..she said that her nephew has been asking about me and she'd like us all to catch up..how sweet...i have missed the lil tacker over the last year, but haven't quite known how to bring that topic up - so i'm rather relieved that she has.

things at my new work are absolutely awsome...really...people have said to me that it'd be a challenging change, and while it kind of has been, it's also been refreshing. of course, i'm not totally disillusioned and believe that it's going to be wonderful for the rest of my career - but for now, i'm happy.
the same, however, can not be said for my other job. things there are...well...i don't really know how they are because i'm only doing weekend work...but i'm no longer enthusiastic about it and i find it a chore getting out of bed of a morning to go there. which is a shame, because there was a time where i loved it so much that i couldn't imagine doing anything else. but now..pfft..i'm just over it. i dont know if it's an alison thing, or just a bored thing..but either way, i feel the need to have a long talk with my manager and let her know what's going on in my head..because she's a great boss, and she works hard for that place, so i dont really want to let her down..

but for now, i should get back to work..



ugh...only 10 more sleeps until GAMSAT..
