my night shift was soooooooo quiet...i saw one person all night..one single person...a pregnant woman, and all i had to do for her was push her ass from the ED to the obstetrics ward...pfftt...how dull is that??
but i am home now..tired as all hell, but home none the less..

so it is my lil poggers 11th birthday...wow....this time 11 years ago i was running out of a literature class and heading off to the royab women's hospital so that i could hold my sisters hand and laugh about all the silly breathing exercises we had learned...it seems like yesterday...
and i am an ass because i still haven't bought him a present...oops...but i'm thinking of just taking him shopping and saying "what do you want"...i think that'd be much cooler than him having to upwrap some gift he really has no use for, anyway...but i know what he wants...he wants an xbox...mabe it'd be more fun if i just took him and let him pick one out..

so i am taking him to melbourne...i also double booked myself and arranged to go out to dinner with that girl tonight...but instead of having to cancel one of my plans, she told me she'd be more than happy to come along to the family dinner..how sweet is that??

anyway..it's almost 10am and ive only had 2 hours sleep...i seriously need to count some sheep..
