i don't normally watch much tv, but the grrl has rubbed off on me..i said rubbed off, not rubbed up..so get your mind outta the gutter..
anyway
i'm home alone tonite. mum and the boy headed back to melbourne about 6 hours ago, so i'm here all by myself, free to do whatever i want, whenever i want, for as long as i want *yay*..which is why i'm sitting here naked with my feet up my my desk. don't worry - it's not cold, though - the heater's on about 24..hahaha..if only ma could see me now...i only hope the the people across the road can't see in through the light of the lamp shining through the window..

i went out to dinner with kate tonite..we went into traralgon for la porchetta coz neither of us had been there in a while, and she had a hankerin for some spicy pasta...then after that we thought we'd go scare the local breeeders @k-mart, but there weren't that many around *sigh* which was a bit of a let down..not only that, but i think the whole breeder-scaring thing works when both ant and the grrl are with us, that way we can pair up and grope each other *hahaha* afterwards we went back to katers place so that she could do her washing, and so i could watch dawsons creek (again, i've been influenced by the grrl)..it was a pretty sad one tonite - dawson's dad's funeral..and it brought back a few feelings of my own..
yesterday was not only mum and dad's anniversary, it was also the one month anniversary of his death..and it's been a damn long month, at that.
so tomorrow i've got an ethics exam *bleh*, and i still haven't even opened my subject guide. i don't know what it is about this class, but i really can't get motivated into doing it. i did write a few words for my assignment, but again, i got distracted by something in cyber-space and gave up - thankfully i have an extension until monday. but ethics is just such a crock-of-shit filler class, and i really have a hard time giving my best to something that really doesn't count.
