spending the last four days at home with the grrl have been absolutely fantastic :-)
thankfully, the spring weather is finally here (hahaha - sorry hedge) so with all the sun and shine we've been able to go out and enjoy the type of days that we've missed out on for the last few months..
on thursday, we spent the day hanging out at home with the grrl's nephew - just playing play station and games and stuff..he's 4 and he's such a gorgeous little guy..
then on friday we did geeky stuff and caught a train into the city and spent a few hours wandereing around the museum..i haven't been to the museum since i was a kid, but i enjoyed it heaps...deep down, i'm such a dork..hahahaha
and it was great to just do stuff like that with the grrl..*smiling*...because of how much she works and my time away at uni, we never get to do stuff during the day - so yeah, the last few days together have definately been memorable. it's just a pity we only had four.
but, like everything in life, all good things come to an end...and tomorrow sam heads back to work and i've gotta head back to uni..*sigh*...it turns out i got my dates mixed up and thought i was having the next 3 weeks off - but my holidays don't actualy begin until next week *d'oh*

the only good thing about going back to mum's tomorrow is being able to change this layout back..i'm sick of looking at it
